Messanger is of pretty mediocre quality. Price is very inflated considering the product. Packaging was a nightmare, worst packaging I have ever seen. Even product costing Rs. 500 has better packaging. Box was absolutely crumpled and in bits. Prong on adapter was bent due to worst/pathetic/rediculou packaging. There isn’t any branding on product, user manual is a joke, 5 year old kid probably would right better usar manual. There isn’t any useful instruction for controller, modes and usage. Manual teaches only how to wrap it up onto your leg. In a nutshell, very mediocre product, I’m going to keep it just because I have no other similar option.

I received the product in perfect condition. It has 3 different things so I’ll tell about them individually. Also each of the three functions can be controlled individually.

Air pressure: this is the best thing about product and the most relaxing one for legs. It has 3 intensity levels and I have always kept on ‘weak’ one. It get too tight sometimes on this mode itself, so here’s a tip. While tying pads before switching on, don’t make it too tight. Infact have a one finger gap.

In middle of massage it puts a lot of pressure. You might feel like it’s getting too tight, but its part of the massaging process
Bear with it for a few seconds and it will loosen up.

Heat: don’t expect it to heat up immediately like other heating belts. It slowly heats up and provides adequate heat. You can turn off heating if you feel it’s getting hot.

Vibration: don’t expect too much from vibration. It’s like 4 phones ringing below your calves. It just adds to your experience.

The whole thing, specially vibration produces some sound so don’t try to sleep while it’s on. Also you should remove the pads while sleeping and keep the pipes straight. Dont bend them as they have both air pipes and wires in them.

    The product is good! It’s otherwise easy to use only 2 things that cause a little discomfort while using;
    1. It’s a little cumbersome to wear on your own, okay otherwise. But the bending and wrapping part is a little difficult for an aged or tired person.

    2. The control panel is too dark and you cannot read clearly the control indications on it. It should have been dark lettering against a light background.

Only for this reducing a star. Else it is very compact and light. Can be carried around easily too while travelling if required. Gives relief as mentioned. The pads can be wrapped easily around a very fat person’s legs too and mostly the extension Velcro will not be needed.

It seems to be a good and effective product; I have used it for nearly a week now. However I suggest that a little more explanation/guidelines about its use and effects would be welcome. For example, can it be used daily, or only s.o.s., Advantages and disadvantages (contra-indications) of regular or frequent use, whether the massager can be used to relieve varicose veins, or should be used only under medical advice, is there a specific placement recommended on the legs for maximum effectiveness, etc.,
You may wish to forward these suggestions to the manufacturer/distributor for consideration.

The air compression massage that this product offers feels really good in pain. It has vibration and heat functions as well. The quality is really good. Elderly people will really like it. My mom has been using it for 3 years now and I can easily recommend it.

The product will become far more user friendly with the following suggestion.
1it took some time to make out a techno – savvy person like me that the two cable plugs fit in only one way. it should be marked with a dot on plug and also on the instrument side.
2.It is very inconvenient to use it as a foot massager. Following suggestion will make it very useful at a very small cost
    A) The front of the foot should be marked by a picture on the pad. I understand that it is on the side near which heating pad is fixed. The heel is supposed to be near the curvy side, I suppose, to bend around the heels easily. The curve side length may be extended by5 cm or so so as to cover the area over the heel adequately.
B)Three velcro straps of say 4cm width be provided with each pad – one for the front side 5 cm from the front side, other in the middle and the third strap right at the end of pad.Their position can be secured by providing a 4cm *4cm velcro strip at the central axis where the strap is supposed to be there- one 5cm or so from the front side, other in the middle, third at the very edge on heel side . It is important to note that the velcro patch of 4cm*4cm for third strap for the heel-side be given at the edge of pad so that the maximum area over the heel be covered very securely by strapping it around the leg and foot joint.
On second thought, I feel that only one strap i. e the third one is required if the area of existing velcro is modified to increase the contact area catering to other two straps when in the ‘foot mode’.
You are the expert and you can always improve upon the ideas
Those straps can even be made a built in part of the pad, but then it may become unwieldy for use at calf, thigh or arm.
I hope I am descriptive enough to be lucid in conveying my ideas.
You can call me for any clarification at 8840788092.With those improvements, I will be able to recommend to all with a ‘shut eye’, so to speak.
I will be grateful if you could make me aware of the action you may intend to make.
