I received this shower head filter and I just removed my shower head, screwed on the filter, and then screwed my shower head onto the filter. I noticed a difference in the water immediately. Works as described and reduced hardness of borewell/tanker water. The water pressure hasn’t changed at all, would definitely recommend for those who aren’t a fan of their current water situation. It was a very good purchase.
