My liver enzymes were crazy. SGPT , SGOT, GGT , ALKALINE PHOSPHATE were really high. I was suffering from NAFLD. After 2 months of taking this tablet I did a blood test and my enzyme levels decreased. This is definitely a cure. If you take this along with daily excercise it will improve your Liver Function. Time , my eyes are mostly yellow , this medicine just improves your digestive system I don’t find other benefits though no side effects seen I’m having since 2 weeks now , no nausea or upset stomach felt so I guess even for digestion it’s great product
