I like good ergonomic designs in products and I am really sad when great companies produce inferior designed product. I am here reviewing the shaving razor here not the blade as you need to replace it with newer one after a couple of shaves. The prominently labelled “heavy” adjective is not true at all. It may be a couple of grams heavier than the regular gillette shaver. Though I have a variant which is heavier than this. But the worst feature of this razor is its smooth round handle. Any razor which needs to be gripped with a proper orientation so as not to cut your face should have either ribbed or textured handle and/or non circular cross sections. Especially in a device which you often work with wet hands this design is dangerous. The magnetic base is a meaningless addition in most homes. So I don’t see it as a major USP at all. This was one of the worst buys by me in the recent past.

TBH, the sheer convince of a magnetic holder is immense. The blades are good. While they don’t shave as close to Fusion pro glide, they don’t burn the skin either. Overall I prefer this to any other razor and blade on the market. Build quality is good and it doesn’t feel lightweight.
