I started getting back pin after using this seat. I work from home and sit on my office chair for 10h daily. This was an absolute waste of money plus problem! My back started hurting a lot and once I stopped using this, back is way better. I personally would NOT recommend it. I like their in soles but this is a NO.

The product certainly delivers what it promises in its write-ups.
1) The seating is comfortable and supports the entire sit bone area
2) The cushioning is perfect and provides very easy & adjustable postures
3) The thickness is ideal (it is about 4″ and on compression is 2″ which is exactly how it should) & thus provides adequate sit bone and thigh support to give a feeling of sitting on cloud
I have been using it for about 10+ days now. I was able to feel the difference in my pain on the very first day itself.I won’t comment on competing product, however, would certainly add that this one surely scores on the overall dimensions (L, B & H) and the comfort.

This awesome cusion has taken away all the pain that i used to get in my back while sitting on chair for long hours and it just feels very comfortable and relaxing now when i use this on my chair. The quality is very nice and promising and it is definitely worth the money.

The product is really good and comfortable to keep your body posture inlined.
Only one thing which can be improved is some kind of extra belt of sticky thing which can hold the cushions vertically as it get displaced easily

The back rest is not all that great. It should have two adjustable straps instead of 1. The seat cushion is excellent and wort the cost.

The shape of the product is such that it provides support and yet allows air circulation.
It has a horizontal strap at the back.
Most hours in the day I keep it near top of my chair’s back rest. And some times during long sessions, I slide it down to support lower back.
I use a wooden dining table chair, that has plain wooden full back support, at my computer desk. Due to lack of back cushion it used to be arduous.
Now with this cushion I am comfortable, the ergonomics seems to result in good back angle (or straightness).
I am thinking of adding 2 vertical adjustable straps to hold the cushion near the top, when I leave the chair and come back. Alternately I could go for chair cover. My chair is finished in glossy wood, so there is lesser grip for the horizontal strap. I do not tighten it much because that would rub the polish.
Overall very happy with this cushion!

I bought this product on account of being a start up company and expected the quality to be good as Frido has to survive in the market in competition to the established brands. The quality is good as expected and it is an excellent cushion for Hip and pain relief for Tailbone. The price seems to be high as compared to other brands but gain the quality and the process which goes into manufacturing.
I do not know as to how it will help in Sciatica pain but for this I have ordered separately the back cushion and is arriving today Oct 20, 2023. Overall I recommend buying from Frido.
