Have tried most nootropics available in India currently and ordered Food for Thought recently because it looked interesting – especially the formulation. In over a week of use, very happy with the results already..
Afternoon slump is gone, mental clarity has improved & my mood is more balanced I feel.
Personally, I also like how this brand has made the formulation more focused on long term brain health & has included nutrients in dosages that will actually make a difference!

It took 2 days for me to start seeing results. I had been taking Brahmi earlier which didn’t work as much as this combo of nutrient mix does. By the second day I felt sharper, clearer, calmer, more present and able to handle a lot at a time without overwhelm. In the past I have had anxiety arising from PTSD which has reduced significantly after starting this.
An interesting side effect is that because it produces serotonin, the body’s appetite has regulated and I find that my portion control is happening on it’s own, I am satiated faster so I am not overeating or no binge feeling. It will definitely aid in my weight loss goals. My workouts are also more focussed and no fatigue post workout. By end of the day I am not drained like I was sometimes earlier.
Serotonin manages a lot than we are led to believe. Including appetite, feeling of satiety post meal, sleep, circadian rhythm etc and lack of serotonin can lead to feelings of depression and anxiety. Let’s hope this works for the long run. A good product that works after 2 years of trying a few others. Highly recommend.

Writing this after 2 weeks of use.
I’ve got ADHD and have been consuming 2 of these before breakfast everyday and have seen considerable improvements in focus, mood and alertness.
Still not sure if it’s really the pills or just placebo. 😄
PS – I have avoided clinical medications so far and this well might be the solution. Plan to stop it after a bit to see how the effect sustains, don’t wanna be dependent on it long term.
