The product is just artificially coloured water with salt in it.
That being said, if you suffer from chronic acid reflux or find yourself taking antacids repeatedly, this product might help.
It makes the basic task of hydration more interesting and due to the mild alkaline nature, it helps to mildly alter acid reflux. For office workers who depend on caffeine intake, altered meal times, lack of physical activity, ineffective hydration routines and face acid reflux problems, this might be a step in the right direction.
The quantity provided for it’s price is refreshingly adequate.

Doesn’t taste like alkaline water. Smells like dirty rags…. you’re better off with Blk, it’s expensive but it’s better taste. Try also other flavors
