Quality is good and comfortable to wear.

Bought it for 50 year old woman and it was slightly tight and uncomfortable because of that. Had to stretch it out over a few months to use well.

I use these because elbow planks and other such workouts were abrading my elbows, leading to bleeding and scars. Since my exercises don’t require any kind of bracing, I’ll buy a larger pair next time.

I purchased this for providing support to my elbow during gym workout, but now I realize that it was a waste of money due to misleading information. The item is too weak to support weight lifting work outs.

UPDATE: I fold it to make a double layer elastic, and then it somehow provides sufficient resistance required for supporting heavy load workouts….so now I don’t have any problems, it’s working fine for me.
