I think olives are good for overall health and they don’t have any harm and most important the olive oil we always prefer to use while cooking is also made from these type of olives
Personally i feel we must have to add some olives into salads or our daily diet

Package was sturdy and very compact packaging no leakage and it took me more than 5 min to unpack by this you can understand that product was packed really well. But I personally felt the olives taste is not so good and they flavour is something strange. May be its because of my first experience with the olives. I conclude thst the product is good.

The olives are good quality but the brine is very strong and too much in quantity compared to the main olives
