Dapr. Beard Butter (100 grams) |Hydrating and Nourishing with Shea Butter, Bourbon Oil, Orange Bitters & Hemp Seed oil for Softer & Smoother Beard|

This beard butter is nearly perfect. I’ve used a number of beard balms from different brands, but the smell was always a bit off putting.
This beard butter has a very light orangish scent. It moisturizer the beard and the skin underneath really well, softens the beard and smells fresh. Would recommend!

Overall : With my thick beard medium length beard this product stays for about 3~4 hours (on my very sweaty face). Product is light on the feel and don’t expect ANY hold!

Moisturization : Light to medium at best and I would not recommend this for someone with medium to very heavy beard as it might be too light for you

Application : If you are coming from any other beard balm you would find this very easy to apply. No mixing/melting/rubbing required as beard balms

Look : This is going to make your beard shine .. like REALLY shine.

Feel : Product is extremely light. It also ends up fading away soon as well. If you are looking for something to keep your beard soft all day, you might want to look somewhere else

Scent : Smells like the moisturizers you get at mid ranged hotels but thankfully isnt very strong

[I have had this product for around 3 weeks now with daily application]

1. It doesn’t give you the same nourishing and volume effect of natural Shea butter. Of course it won’t leave residue like west African shea butter either.
2. It’s basically an oily cream that absorbs quick enough.
3. Has a strong Liril soap like lime smell, again, coming from the earthy scent of shea, I didn’t mind.
4. My biggest problem is that this is way too expensive for what it is and what it does.

Dapr is a home-grown men’s grooming brand, and its products are well known for their quality. This beard butter is no exception. They have attempted to merge beard oil and beard balm, which I am not convinced with, but it’s a good beard butter. It is a leave-in moisturiser for your beard that hydrates and gets rid of itchiness. The smell is pleasant and the texture is not too greasy. 

The product does what it promises to do, but I haven’t used it long enough to pass judgement on its softening effect. The price, I believe, is a little on the higher side, but the quality of the product justifies it. The only thing I wasn’t fond of was the packaging, as when I received the product the box was smashed and there were bumps on the cap itself. 

Overall, the product is better than the competitors as they majorly focus on male grooming products. The only thing I wasn’t fond of was the box, as when I received the product, the box was shattered and there were bumps on the cap itself.
