This is a ok product and it doesn’t really taste like tomato also it has a bitter taste which doesn’t goes away after cooking the gravy, not a good substitute for fresh tomatoes

We used it when tomatoes get costly. It gives nice flavor to Curries, do not know if healthy for daily use.

It is good to use it for gravy for good colour. A must have product for every kitchen as we use tomatoes for lost every dish. If not using within a few days after opening, it is better to keep it in the freezer.

Tastes like ketchup. Too sweet, and strong artificial color. It changes the color and look of the dish being prepared. Not recommended as a substitute for fresh tomato
