La amo, realmente es maravillosa esta máquina para hacer pan, es súper fácil de usar, y el recetario si está bien, he hecho pan blanco, pan integral, pan de chocolate, pan de plátano y pan francés, hasta mi esposo la usa de lo fácil que es. Ayuda mucho para la economía en cuanto a no estar gastando tanto en pan caro y poco natural.

Super fácil de hacer pan y lavar, hice pizza y aquí hice la masa (el amasado y fermentación) TODOS amaron mi pizza, seguí la receta del recetario pero en Internet hay más recetas, es perfecta. Llego en muy buen estado, los tornillos de la tapa tienen algo de juego pero todo ok.

I’ve never had a bread maker so I didn’t know what to expect. I got it today & had to use it.

Pros:
It is smaller so I didn’t have any trouble fitting it on the counter. It was really pretty easy to use… with some caveats I’ll get into later. What I made was tasty from there recipe book. I would prefer to use my recipes. But I’ll get into that later. It would be nice to have some recipes to start if you’ve never made anything before. It was easy to clean. And it was fast to me. It took about 2hrs more or less. From starting with putting ingredients until the first slice on my plate.

Cons:
I saw several comments about how big the pieces are. I didn’t take that seriously. They are huge. Absolutely huge. Whatever size you think. Double it. They pretty much fill a 9inch plate. Which.. btw… is a classic dinner plate. And just slightly smaller than the international space station. No joke. And the loafs that come out are hilariously tiny. Considering one slice is really 2-3 slices if not arguably 4…. you are getting more than you think. If you don’t have a toaster oven or if there’s the slightest chance slices that could be mistaken for orbital vehicles might be a concern. Don’t buy it. Move on to something else. I mean. I’m pretty sure I can take one slice and make 2 completely full dagwood sandwiches out of that one slice. Your not fitting that in your toaster. This just wasn’t what I was expecting & I should have taken these comments more seriously. I cannot overstate how miss proportioned this thing is.

Another thing I learned is it probably doesn’t actually save you time. For things like banana bread. You still need to do most of the mixing yourself. So… what are you saving? Nothing. Just pour it in a proper pan & put it in your oven. Same thing. It does kinda mix… sorta. But not thoroughly. So you could stop mixing a few seconds sooner. The only time it actually might save you time is if you have to kneed the dough. So like sliced bread. And maybe dealing with the rise. But really… thats like 8 minutes. So…. Whoopdee-doo?

And the last minor comment.. there recipes. Ugh. 10lbs of sugar. 600lbs of butter. 8 tons of salt. In every recipe basically. I’m not going to pretend anything this thing makes no matter what is healthy. However…. omg… the recipes in this book just looking at them makes me go into cardiac arrest. Seriously. Tone down the garbage. 600lbs doesn’t make something tast better. It just makes everything taste like a pixy stick. I’d much rather use my recipes because they actually have taste. Instead of just sweet. Which is boring. Your basically making a desert if you use there recipes. It’s fine to start with. But modify them. They do not need that much garbage in them. The ratios are all wrong.

Final note:
I would have given this a two. The lesson I mostly learned is this device is not something I think is useful for a kitchen. It’s kinda pointless. I gave it a 3 because… it does actually do its job. It does pretty much what you expect it too. It makes bread. And what came out was decent. The main issue I have with it is the weird proportion of the loaf. If that isn’t an issue for you and you want one of these things. You might be happy with it. I don’t think it’s great for a large family just because the proportions are weird. I could see a family of 4 going through a loaf almost immediately. Considering most people don’t care about portions and might just take a full dinner plate sized slice. Not realizing they are probably eating a substantial portion of a full normal sized loaf. On a side note for kids… less crust. Because you can basically quarter pieces. So… if that’s a Consideration.. maybe I’m wrong about large families. But I still think you’ll wear it out quickly. The portions are really bazaar.
