It is mentioned that there is gel in it , & water is not necessary ,but it is completely empty. I am confused wether to fill water and try. Just hope will not create short circuit. Will try in the morning.

The product doesn’t work ( doesn’t heat) and the return/ exchange window is very short so if you quickly dont check then your money is wasted.
