I like these gummies very much because of its strawberry flavour and ofcourse helps in peaceful sleep. I personally trust the products of centrum in case of immunity booster and it worked for me and these gummies too.i had a family crisis and because of tension I can’t sleep at night and I had lost my sleep thanks to these gummies I am over comming from my tension and sleep .they are gluten free and safe as it contains melatonin for peace ful sleep.i don’t know about others but 💯 it worked for me

I baught sleep and refresh gummies for my mother by Centrum and quite satisfied with its result as my mother was experiencing restless night for some time as her health was not so good and on reccomendation of my friend I baught thease gummies which are nicely individually packed and its strawberry flavour and taste she really liked. Moreover it does not look like a boring medicine and she radily takes it and result is good. It helps in peaceful sleep. Nice one.

I tried this and it does help my sleep but nothing spectacular. Magnesium works better for me. Also this makes me a bit drowsy the next day. Overall, however, it’s a sleep aid worth having in your supplements arsenal.

I like the gummy…i m taking it regularly…i feel some difference in my body it help me in sleep and calm things…and mind…its very helpful and beneficial also..Guys I m using this on daily purpose not because for sleep only but it’s gives me freshness and relaxing mind. By eating only 1 gummy in a day keeps me freshful and calm with my social work. Guys one more thing that I liked it so much about this that it is vegetarian and gluten free so everyone can enjoy. I had ordered this as a strawberry flavor which gives me the taste of strawberry. So guys those who realy want to calm…it doesn’t have any side effects….its vegan free product..

Over the past few days, I have tried a new product and I must say that I was quite impressed with it. Firstly, the taste of the product was really nice, almost like berries. Secondly, I found that the product had a positive effect on me as I was able to sleep better and more restfully. I have been able to maintain a routine of sleeping early and waking up early, which I had been trying to achieve for some time now. I believe that getting enough sleep is just as important as having a healthy diet, if not more so. Therefore, I have decided to continue using this product.

I have never tried this kind of product in past for sleeping or anything but after using past 4-5 days I had felt so relaxed and refreshing in morning that I would love to recommend further more people. This is actually work as it’s name sleep and refresh. In starting you feel taste like little bitter but overall the flavor is good. Before trying this I use to had disturbed sleeps which leads irritating morning and complete day as well. But few days back is literally going very good.
