I checked with my doctor on this product and she recommended me to take it as I have varoius but manageable health issues. So she suggested that it’s a good idea to take these multivitamins. My mother also takes centrum silver for wonen on a daily basis and with long term use I assume it will b beneficial for my health.

The product first made available in February 2023 but expiry is in January 2024. This is not acceptable and unbelievable. How can product like this carries 275 tablets will have less than a year validity. In any case manufacturing date was not made available on the container but on the website only.
