Had to back off on coffee so I drink a lot of tea these days
I just sprinkle some of the ginger in with my tea, I like the flavor
Make my tea in my coffee pot, just fill the coffee filter area up with several tea bags, usually mix in honey and milk, then have my ginger powder ready to go and some cinnamon ready to go and a few essential oils, whatever I feel like
I do add ginger powder quite often to my tea, dont think ive even tried the ginger on its own in hot water.
I do know for sure ginger helps me with motion sickness, I put some of it into gel caps just to have around.
