I used it only once. After that it is not working. I filled the water and plugged in for almost 2hrs then also it is not heating up. So i must say durability is not good.

The hot water bag is very handy to use as the heated pad is ready to use within 5-10 mins of charging. The hot water bag is very effective in providing relief from pain caused during playing games, doing exercise in the gym, arthritis etc.

Its been a week using this, very effective.
Very handy to carry while traveling, heating effect is good. Very soft and good for gift.

I took thus a month back used 2 to 3 times, it was working fine. Then I had no use since my lain was reduced. But now I wanted again, kept for almost 45 mins charging its not heating up like how it used to be when I bought, during the first few runs it used to charged up with in 10mins. This only 4th time I’m using and it’s stopped working
