It’s a amazing protein 💥this vegan protein is very good by CF from other vegan protein powder as OT contains super seed blend and digestive enzymes. It gives 25g of protein which has all essential and non essential amino acids. You can use it with milk also it taste absolutely good and I think it’s price is very reasonable OT is totally worth it. And I know the brand has good quality so it will probably help in gaining muscle 💪

The first and foremost thing that I like about this product is that it is clean vegan protein. Made from pea protein and brown rice protein.
While whole-food plant proteins like soy, beans and lentils can cause bloating due to high fiber content, plant-based protein powders like these rice and pea powders are unlikely to cause bloating, since most of the starch and fiber content has been removed. So that’s a plus plus.
The powder is finely ground and Is easily soluble in water, not too sweet, leaves a nice after taste. Makes a thick tasty consistent protein shake.
It’s quite budget friendly too !!
