PCOS with vitamins and minerals in the form of gummy is very interesting and beneficial. it helps in maintain hormonal balance, reduce the appearance of acne and excessive hair, support mood balance, control appetite and maintain a healthy weight. i really like the flavor of gummies. happy to use it.

Orange flavour tastes good. About it’s health benefits, may only know after using it for a while. Considering it’s ingredient list it seems fine, although I don’t like the fact that sucrose is the first ingredient. Regardless its less than 2gm sugar per gummy so alright. Hopefully it helps! 🤞🏽
