I have order 6 packet in 2 weeks, nice product at ₹99 price.

Flavour is no doubt good, however, the manufacturer is having some serious and questionable process, while handling the packaging. So far, only 3-4 packet have been found in perfect condition. For the rests, it was either the string was missing, the teapouch was molded together with the outer packaging, or else it was completely open, with the tea particles scattered inside the small packaging. Poor procedure the manufacturer is following. Pathetic!!!!!

Flavour is great. But this mrng I opened a pack and surprisinglythere is hardly any tea inside the sack. Have attached pics So packaging quality checks needs improvement. I counted the packs. I have 17 more left. Means I have consumed 12nos. Didn’t face any issue earlier so I am hoping the rest won’t have the same issue. Have deducted 1 star for that

Taste is good but some pouches are empty inside pouch are packed in good condition ther are look like seal packed but inside empty who will give me. My money back in this condition there is 4/5 rupees per pouch of green tea give me my money back for empty pouch

Photo 1… Already open tea bag pouch seal, with just the powder falling out, no tea bag
Photo 2… Some tea bags are stuck inside the pouch, so when you try to pull it out of the pouch, the tea bag tears and powder falls out
