Cooking Instructions	1.Heat 200 g oil in a skillet. Fry 8-10 onions sliced until golden and crisp (Birista Onion). Drain, cool, and crush them., 2. Mix 1 kg mutton, 400 g curd, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4 chopped green chillies, 1 tbsp lemon juice, handful of chopped mint and handful of coriander leaves, crushed Birista Onion, 1 tsp salt and 1 packet of Burhani Foods Mutton Biryani Masala Ready Mix 50 g in a bowl. Marinate for 1 hour., 3. Boil 2 ltrs of water in a pot. Add 800 g basmati rice and 4 tbsp salt. Cook until rice is 80% done, then drain., 4. In the same skillet, heat remaining oil. Add mutton marination, sauté for 10 mins on high heat. Add 1 glass water and 4 cut potatoes, Cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 mins until mutton is tender., 5. In a large vessel, layer half the mutton mixture, place 2 sliced tomatoes, and spread half the rice. Repeat with remaining mutton and rice. Mix 3 tbsp kewda water with 200 ml water, sprinkle over rice. Add 3 tbsp ghee. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 mins., 6. Enjoy your Mutton Biryani.
