If you are not buying a tin directly from Italy, this is the most authentic inauthentic olive oil out there because it claims to be single origin, so there’s presumably lesser adultetation. Very good for baking breads, from focaccia to pizza, you’ll get healthy white bread, also if you use curd weigh. Use with butter while cooking pasta sauce because shouldn’t bring olive oil to smoking point. The only drawback is, if it’s too old it can get stinky.

I have to say Borges Olive Oil is a delight for the price. I only payed 299/- rupees and for this price I got more than I deserve. The packaging was perfect as you can see. Hence the sticker was perfectly intact, there was no leakage on the bottle. It looks neat, clean and not a scuff from grazing because of the bubble wrap. Now the taste is good as any expensive cold pressed 100% organic Olive Oil on the market. If you’re worried if it is adulterated because of the offer value then no it tastes pure in it’s essence of flavor, aroma and taste. I am a faithful customer to Amazon becayse they always deliver the best goods at the most reasonable price. I will recommend buying this product to anyone who’s having a hard time with making a decision.
