I’ve used it for both squats and deadlifts and I have to say neither does it stink after a hardcore workout session not does it slip off. I used as knee warmers for squats and my knees felt warm and greased up. I used for shin protection also it while deadlifting the barbell scraps the shins, wearing this there was no scrapping.
Materials used are good and that silicon rubber later at the top doesn’t let it slip off while squaring. I like this product and worth the money spent. The size according to the chart fit me perfectly, neither too tight nor too loose.
Mind it, it’s not the thicker knee sleeve, its more of a knee warmer.
