I am a swimming coach and my job is to train the students almost for whole day. So my back muscles and arms use to pain alot in the end of the day so I was in the need of something which can help me in relieving from pain. I used it for 2-3 days and it just sucks all my pain after applying. Also it is waterproof so sometimes I used to apply while training the students.

I ordered for tape from this brand 2 different times, for the first time I ordered blue tape and recieved a CE tape in boldfit box, 2nd time I ordered for a black colour tape and recieved boldfit tape. I am confused and feel decieved because, although it could be safe and environment friendly, as a physiotherapist I know CE tapes cost lesser than 500-600, has less stretching capacity and does not always provide good quality compared to other branded tapes and hardly lasts for 2-3 days.

This kinesio helped my dad to reduce swelling in his feet. Our doctor applied it for my dad and after 2-3 days swelling started to reduce. Its water resistance was very good , dosent come out after bath too. The glue is very good. Also very affordable.
