As u can see in the picture. There is a plump effect on my lips. I was not expecting this much plump effect and immediately after applying. I felt very little bit tingling on my lips initially. And it actually keep ur lips soft and supple. And it has no fragrance at all. And it is not thick kind of serum, it is thin oily serum but because of this it is not sticky and it stays on ur lips dont worry about it and give u very light weight feeling like u have not applied anything. Quantity and packaging is very good in this price. A thumbs up from my side.

The Biocule “Lip Serum” claims to provide plumping, hydration, and a glow to the lips, but my experience has only proven one of these claims to be true. The product only adds a glossy shine to the lips, but it fails to provide any noticeable plumping or hydration effects.
After using this product for 5 days, I was disappointed to find that my lips felt drier and more dehydrated than before. I had to switch back to my tried and true Bioline balm to restore the health of my lips. Currently, I am using the Biocule Lip Serum only as a lip gloss.
One additional complaint is that the bottle leaks.

So i have been using this from past 2 weeks..Ingredients list are good and effective one..i could not see much difference in my Hyperpigmented lips…it did mildly moisturizer my skin..comes with bottled application and it is convenient for using too..will be trying it for next few month atleast.skincare is subjective..affordable one btw
