- MADE FROM CURD, NOT CREAM: Barosi Cow Ghee is made from curd, not milk cream. The freshly sourced cow milk is boiled and set to curd, the curd is then hand-churned bi-directionally to obtain butter. The butter is separated and heated slowly to obtain our grainy textured and aromatic Ghee.

Its a good quality cow ghee but definitely there are better ones in the market. I am not going to reorder this ghee for sure as for the same price I am getting better quality of ghee as per my choice i.e. more granular, more aromatic , more tasty.

It’s cow ghee or not can’t make out cow ghee is a bit yellow colour shade what received is on whiter shade .
