Pure A2 Desi Ghee
This 500ml Auric A2 Desi Cow Ghee was recently purchased and is made of traditional Bilona method from curd which resembles its purity and authentic nature.
It has a danedar feel when placed on your tongue and has a perfect taste, color and texture.
This ghee has a unique aroma of its own and when added to any dish enhances the taste and appearance.
Apart from taste, the A2 protein in the Desi cows adds to the nutritional value and has many medicinal and ayurvedic benefits
My entire family is consuming this ghee and everyone is very happy

Since my some relatives are living in village, i have eaten pure bilona ghee many times. I know the taste and texture. This is not a pure form of bilona. No texture and no nice smell.

I’ve tried A2 ghee from this brand, Anveshan and Gir. From the texture of this product, I don’t believe it to be produced by the “bilona method”. Otherwise, I have no complaints about this product.
Anveshan A2 Ghee remains a better value for money product.

It is a 500gm packing of A2 Desi Ghee which has a conventional preparation from curd churning by using bilona method
The light yellow color and taste with grainy texture is perfect and adds value to any dish
It is a rich source of Vitamin A and is very good for health
It is natural and free from chemicals which is suitable for daily usage on chapatis and other dishes

It does not spread much on roti, we have known ghees which are used in less quantity but spread more. We could not identify the smell as real. You can say, we are not sure what is real what is not. This failed to impress us. Still giving it 3 stars for benefit of doubt.

Writing this review after using this product for almost 3 weeks. Texture and quality of the ghee is pretty much better. Worth for the money. Easily affordable authentic a2 ghee. Highly recommend just because of the pure quality .
