- BILONA CURD CHURNING METHOD: Auric Cow Ghee is made from curd, not milk cream. The freshly sourced Cow milk is boiled and set to curd, the curd is then hand-churned bi-directionally to obtain butter. The butter is separated and heated slowly to obtain our grainy textured and aromatic Ghee.

This 500ml Auric A2 Desi Cow Ghee was recently purchased and is made of traditional Bilona method from curd which resembles its purity and authentic nature.
It has a danedar feel when placed on your tongue and has a perfect taste, color and texture.
This ghee has a unique aroma of its own and when added to any dish enhances the taste and appearance.
Apart from taste, the A2 protein in the Desi cows adds to the nutritional value and has many medicinal and ayurvedic benefits
My entire family is consuming this ghee and everyone is very happy

The quality of ghee excellent. Highly recommended. Amazing texture. Pure and natural ghee.This is the pure and healthy💪 cow 🐄 desi ghee . It is good for kids health. The product is free from any chemicals. Product received with good packing, fine quality and taste is perfect. Yellowish in colour and looks amazing.
It is pure and has nice aroma. Good service and is most valuable product.

I’ve tried A2 ghee from this brand, Anveshan and Gir. From the texture of this product, I don’t believe it to be produced by the “bilona method”. Otherwise, I have no complaints about this product.
Anveshan A2 Ghee remains a better value for money product.

It is a 500gm packing of A2 Desi Ghee which has a conventional preparation from curd churning by using bilona method
The light yellow color and taste with grainy texture is perfect and adds value to any dish
It is a rich source of Vitamin A and is very good for health
It is natural and free from chemicals which is suitable for daily usage on chapatis and other dishes

Since my some relatives are living in village, i have eaten pure bilona ghee many times. I know the taste and texture. This is not a pure form of bilona. No texture and no nice smell.
