The box contained two packets which had almond like stuff in brown powder . Looks like it is a defective product . i did not open the inner packets ,
I am highly dissappointed as I always had a high opinion of all Amul products .
Please collect the packet and refund my money

I had initially given this product a 5 star rating but have reduced it to 4 stars in December 2021. Please see the update at the end for the reasons for this change.
I ordered from seller ‘Amul Green’ (which is actually the manufacturer itself, not a random reseller) and received the product in good condition. Delivery took 5 days, but the chocolate had not melted or anything like that and the product had retained its attractive appearance. This may also have been because because I had ordered during winter (January 2020).
The almonds used are of good quality and have been roasted for crispiness. The chocolate is typical sweet milk chocolate, not bitter or dark, but it is real chocolate, with real cocoa butter and no cheaper vegetable fat. Overall, it is tasty and met my expectations.
This pack of 3 has 3 plastic boxes of 200g each, total 600g. Each 200g plastic box has 2 packets of 100g each in it, and each 100g packet has about 30-35 almonds in it.
Update (December 2021):
Amul has increased the thickness of the chocolate covering the almonds. Due to this, the number of almonds in each packet has reduced to 20-25 pieces.
Effectively, in each pack, the amount of chocolate has increased and the amount of raw almond nuts has decreased. Perhaps the recent increase in the cost of raw almonds is the reason for this change.
The item is still quite good but is now even sweeter in taste and I feel that the old formulation was better.
Amul has not modified the labelling to reflect this change – the label still says “Almonds (37%) …”, identical to the packaging from a year ago, even though this percentage has obviously been reduced. Also the nutrition information label has not been changed either, which is rather disappointing.
I have reduced one star from my Jan 2020 rating of 5 stars and have changed the rating to 4 stars because of these labelling issues, and also because I feel the old formulation was better.

This product from brand ‘Amul’ contains a total of 2 pouches, each with almonds coated in milk chocolate.
Each of the pouches I received contained a total of approximately 32-35 almonds.
The almonds utilised are whole. Their characteristic ‘crunch’ is prominently felt upon consumption.
The chocolate coating complements the almond instead of overpowering it. It has been adequately provided for, ensuring a chocolatey mouthfeel with each ‘bite’. It is, in terms of flavour, reminiscent of the chocolate utilised in ‘Amul’ ‘Almond Bar’, which I have had in 2021.
The chocolate component does not come across as ‘Amul’ ‘Milk Chocolate’: which has a strong ‘milky’ flavour to it. This is not to negate the quality of the ‘Almondo’ product.
It is apparent that the ‘highlight’ of the ‘Almondo’ product is ‘Almonds’, in terms of product concept and flavour execution.
People who feel that commercially available chocolate-coated nuts tend to lack the ‘nutty’ flavour expected, shall be pleasantly surprised with this product.
The quantity received is substantial, considering the price paid.
The container the pouches are packed inside of is sturdy. It can be utilised for storage of household items after sterilisation, though this entirely depends on personal preference.
Overall, this product is worth the purchase.
