The description says 4 ply but I received 2ply. Didn’t expect this disrepency from Amazon’s own brand. It’s expensive for a 2ply TP roll.

The paper quality is very good but the inner cardboard roll always has a tear . because ot it the toilet roll dosent roll on the paper roll holder

The product is not 4ply, it’s 1 or 2 ply, very thin and useless. Sticks to wet skin and finally you have to wipe with towel to get rid of it. Total waste of money.
