I am a regular buyer of the tissues of the 2 ply thickness. This time I decided to buy the new 3 ply ones but I was in for a big time shock. None of the 3 boxes I purchased had properly torn separate tissues- they were not cut properly and every time I pulled a tissue, multiple never ending tissues used to come out leading to huge wastage – that is every time anyone pulled out a tissue. It was extremely frustrating . I have sworn never ever to buy these tissues and would stick to the 2 ply ones. Once bitten twice shy. At least tried once but learnt a lesson after having wasted money as each of these boxes costs a lot.

The tissues from box are defected. They’re not cut to size. There are 20 tissues on top, which were fine, post that I’ve got a huge pile which is useless to me.
2/4 boxes have this issue.
