In the world of duplicacy & compatibility, there’s only trial and error with prior knowledge of these products. I am a very peculiar buyer incase of supplements and body fitnessz so if you’re reading this you can definitely rely on this review.
1. Scoop content is of 2g of CM
2. Used it pre-workout before 30-50 odd minutes
3. Has a very sour taste naturally like a squeezed lime( ofcourse serves its purpose to the name)
4. One scoop is enough for you to perform moderate to heavy sets for 4-5 muscle variations and two targetted muscle groups(personal implementations)
5. Good amount of blood flow into the blood streams, you do feel the surge inside you(not aggressively)
6. Have used this supplement for a week or so before the gyms have closed again due to current situations
7. Its rather better than most of the pre-workouts as they contain this formula as the main component + the extra stuffs like caffeine (alot considering you’re a student or working professional and is depended on coffee intra day)and etc.
8. Cheaper than of other pre-workouts, this serves the purpose of the blood flow rather than you feeling extremely aggressive like you on your on-cycle(yeah i do research)
9. You can go for it, considering you’re not a beginner (first steps into 3 -4mnths bracket in the gym) to the fitness industry and have experience in dieting and knowledge about the supplements.

I use it with arginine . unfavoured arg9 is horrible to taste so mixing with cola flavour helps..it is good for boosting performance in gym
