Long and nice cinnamon sticks with authentic fragrance and taste. These cinnamon seems to be of good quality as its taste so good specially in cinnamon pancakes

These cinnamon sticks are very very good. The packaging is also nice. Sticks are very fragrant and added nice taste to the food. I have used it to make biryani as well as I tried putting this is hot chocolate milk. Really a good product. Can be used in a Indian as well as other type of recipes.

I eagerly ordered this to see and taste if Ceylon Cinnamon as bought was better than what we purchase in Delhi. To my disappointment , it smells like a wooden stick with not much of an aromatic smell AT ALL. On reading more on this, it seems Ceylon cinnamon has a milder aroma compared with cheap cassia cinnamon from China etc. Plus the color of sticks looked like Ceylon sticks rather than the darker sticks in local shops. I will give it a try as Ceylon and maybe Malabar cinnamon is considered true cinnamon. I will also try Malabar cinnamon and see if it surpasses Ceylon cinnamon in aroma 9r flavour. I think potential buyers should b aware that Ceylon cinnamon in general maybe has a milder and less strong aroma than local cinnamon sticks. I have ordered small quantity of Ceylon and Malabar cinnamon to find out if this is due to it being poorer quality Ceylon cinnamon being sold by this seller or if Ceylon cinnamon is like this only.

Ceylon cinnamon sticks have milder aroma comparatively, as cinnamon sticks are said to be a very good supplement in weight control diets, I used to avoid this because of the super strong aroma, with ceylon cinnamon sticks i’am all sorted, with equal efficiency .
