I did not fit d any big difference between this organic as compared to normal one, so I think it is expensive.

I’m using it as a herbal medicine using (recommended) for pre-diabetics patients. Many, Hakeems and Ayurvedic practitioners have recommended it. It contains fibre and helps in slowing down digestion process, further regulating the absorption of carbohydrates and sugar. The fenugreek water also helps in improving the way your body uses sugar.
There’re many ways to consume it, through powdered form and or soaking it overnight in warm or hot water. It’s recommended to roast it before using it in any form.
