It contains berries, pistachio, peanuts, seeds, almond, cashews. The content is very rich in nutritions. Only the taste of dried fruits is not as expected. This might be as it a mixture of all contents all together would have led to taste mixtures in the box.
Healthy and nutritious!!!! Can be included for little hunger. Expiry date is 6 months from manufacturing.
