Grading label mentioned on the pack is wrong. It is not FTPFOP, it’s just BOP. Taste is fine for the price of Rs. 999

Voglio aggiornate la mia recensione precedente. Come avevo già scritto l’azienda e’ Proprio quello che cercavo fair trade e biologica . Io sono un’intenditrice in quando bevo solo tra da sempre e stavo cercando di ordinare un tea in foglie perché le bustine oltre ad essere cancerogene perché sbiancate chimicamente contengono solo lo scarto del tea. Ho trovato questa piccola azienda a conduzione familiare che raccoglie direttamente dai produttori di te, quindi i loro prodotti sono freschissimi e si conosce anche il mese e anno del raccolto . Le foglie sono perfette grandi ed essiccate alla perfezione . Il precedente Assam che avevo provato era ottimo solo che io non avevo saputo dosarlo al meglio rischiando di berlo troppo forte o troppo chiaro ma alla fine ho notato che un cucchiaino e mezzo era perfetto in una teiera piccola . Il produttore mi ha inviato un’altro tipo di te da assaggiare avendo appunto scritto nella mia recensione precedente questo aspetto . Mi hanno inviato Assam gold . Oltre ad apprezzare il gesto che denota serietà e professionalità e ottimo customer care posso scrivere di aver trovato finalmente il mio te in assoluto. Gusto maltato perfetto ,dolce ne’ troppo forte ne’ troppo leggero , io lo prendo con il latte essendo per metà inglese , l’ho sempre bevuto così . Inoltre avevo ordinato la selezione di tea Chai e devo dire che e’ Favolosa . Ogni tea arriva in una mini confezione da circa due/ tre volte di assaggio . C’e’ L’imbarazzo della scelta uno più buono dell’altro . Il solo profumo dei singoli tea fa ritornare in India!! Concludo dicendo che ho trovato esattamente quello che cercavo un tea perfetto , biologico in foglie e freschissimo direttamente dall’India .

I must say, this is one of the best affordable high quality Himalaya Green tea. The vaccum packaging keeps it fresh is an added bonus.
Coming to Taste , it has a subtle soothing flavour. I brew it at around 85-90 degree for 3 mins exact . You can also brew it for 2.5 mins as well if you prefer even a more lighter version of it, I enjoy this way as well sometimes. One can also make Kashmiri Kehwah with this one, just need to do some experiments regarding the recipe of Kehwa.
A big thumpsup from someone like me who enjoys Speciality Black Tea, Green Tea Oolong tea as well as Speciality Black Coffee …
