Excellent product. Used it to make whole wheat dinner rolls，mexican buns，donuts.Excellent substitute for bread flour when mixed in correct proportions with whole wheat or all purpose flour.

Good quality gluten.
I am using it for making bread and the results are as expect.
Doesn’t lend any chemical smell to the bread.
Comes in a convenient re-sealable package.
Cons
You need to use a colander to avoid lumps.
Price could be better.

Packaging: Satisfactory quality plastic. No damage. Could use more product information. Resealable pack is convenient if you don’t want to transfer to a container. 4 Stars.
Product quality: Comparable to foreign brands but not quite. Requires extra kneading compared to competitors. 4 stars.
Price: Much cheaper compared to competitors. 5 stars. Analysing as a protein source @₹665/- for 1 kg and considering that about 750gms of that is protein, the price comes to be at 89 paise/gram of protein, which is cheaper than ₹1/gm of proteins from egg whites (considering 1 egg @₹6/-). Price is right for a vegetarian protein source.
Value for money: With addition of lysine, this becomes a complete protein and provides 75gms of protein per 100 gms of product. The powder is more crystalline than amorphous. Haven’t lab tested the efficacy or anything, but the elasticity seems fair when comparing on a like for like basis with similar products. 4 stars.
