Very good flour, I use it to make glutinous sesame balls!

There is no bitterness. Clean and Taste great.
Made mochi. ( Actually real name is shiratama)
Just mix some water and make a ball, drop into boiled water till float.
Takes only few minutes and done!
You can try Japanese sweets with this.
Make ” Kinako ” which is roasted soybean flour and mix with sugar and sprinkle on Mochi( shiratama).
There is an another way of Japanse sweets is Isobe mochi.
You can order ” Nori sheet ” which is dried sea weed.
make a source of Kikkoman soysource and sugar mix.
Wrap mochi with Nori sheet and dip into Kikkoman soysource and sugar source..
Very very tasty.
You can make donuts with this flour.
You have to mix with maida , baking powder and sugar.
It’ll be mochi donuts.
This product is great but price should be lower !!!

I don’t know why it turned this way but it definitely leaves a bitter taste. Tried everything to correct the flavour, but if too much sugar is added, it no longer makes a good option as a healthy snack/dessert.
