pros:
very good for baking bread professionally and compares to store bought baked goods.
cons:
on the expensive side and the packaging is not ideal for the yeast to last long.

Overall satisfied with the product. I have use it quite a few times now and the yeast doesn’t spoil. Of course, you have to take care to not use a wet spoon or let it sit in the open.
