This is literally a choco bar with mostly rice crispies & some other ingredients mixed in. Not an alternative to granola bars or other protein bars. It’s also a bit hard to chew. That taste is ok. Can be treated like a dessert.

The bar is just like cardboard….hard and tasteless! Looks really nice but there’s no flavour once you bite into it. Wouldn’t buy it again. Giving it three stars for the size and quantity, which is fair enough for the price of 360/- for 12 bars. Not recommended.
