only leaf is the best tea , the taste is so good and there is no bitterness , i always love to drink the green tea but due to the bitterness of the green teas which is available in the market i had stopped to drink, but when i found this product , i immediately ordered and the test of the tea is so good , thanks only leaf for providing the green tea in different flavours

I’ve discovered the true essence of Ashwagandha tea when I’m extremely stressed, or tired.
The flavor is extremely subtle, and I like to brew a large cup (300ml) for about 7 mins. The nuttiness and bitterness of the wood seeps into the water when the bags are dunked for a prolonged time. The first of this brew is wonderful, to say the least. Tension ebbs away slowly, as I enjoy a cuppa. Sometimes, I also pair it with a dollop of honey and crushed clove. But mostly, the original taste pleases me.
This also works beautifully as a sleepy time drink. The tea relaxes the nerves and induces a good sleep ( it does for me anyway)

I ordered the Ashwagandha green tea from the whole lot of Only Leaf flavors, and the taste is very smoothish and not bitter at all on the palate. The after taste it leaves in our mouth is amazing and that makes us addictive to drinking it more than twice or thrice a day. The best part is the actual presence of Ashwagandha root chopped and included in the tea bag which is clearly visible. Definitely recommended for relieving your stress and good sleep..!
