I got introduced to spearmint tea through a doctor on Instagram who also had pcod and is now educating others and I recently had the pleasure of trying it. This made me feel refreshed, though i have had only a couple and it will take a little bit time to see it’s real effects with PCOD but as far as taste is concerned it’s really good and popularly suggested by other doctors.
One thing that seemed odd to me was promotion by kikku sharda not because he is overweight but because if he is taking the tea in a consumer’s perception that’s just bad marketing implying this tea is ineffective because other than weight health benefits aren’t much potrayed by just a picture of him on a pamphlet. Also price seem a little higher as compared to others for 30 packets that is 14rs per packet.
Other thing that really made me like the product was the experience of this purchase. The package didn’t just had spearmint tea but a sample for thigh fat tea and skin glow tea which was smart and made me try other flavour as well along with a common diet plan which was excellent as it was according indian household food for all 7 days of the week. Really appreciate this effort.

I have received it yesterday, so I’m sure how it works but the packaging is semi-customised. They have given 2 complimentary teacurry packets, 1’s for thigh fat and other is for skin glow and also a food diet sheet for both veg and non-vegetarian customer.

This is an amazing tea for PCOD and hormonal acne. It calms down cyst and acne and also heals your skin.It has antioxidant and soothing, one will start noticing glowing face. One should have it daily – atleast 1 cup (incase 2 cups are much). Some days I take 2 cups else 1 cup is must. Aroma is nice … though reminds me of masala chips … 😀
This one just heals. I am on the 2nd purchase as the quality is pretty good ! It has become staple in my routine.
