SWAD is a brand and now they are degrading the quality to the extent possible.
Rs. 2 is now being charged for a single candy whose size is almost similar to the earlier 1 Rs candies.
Many a time the candies comes with different tastes even if you order SWAD Original candy boxes as if they mixed the Imli and other candies in the name of original candies.
We noticed10 plus empty candies per 300 packee candy box. Its a poor strategy to cheat the loyal customers.
Verdict: Please maintain the original quality, quantity and rate for which SWAD is famous. Do not ruin the Brand. Focus on packaging as well and atleast make the boxes attractive. Add some offer for your loyal and regular customers.
Note: Similar brands with good products are also available in the market. If you do not improve then customers would shift to other brands.

These candies are firstly of very small size & too costly for this price. Also the container jar is of very poor quality became de-shaped in transit. Candy flavors & taste is ok.

A friend gave me my first Swad. She traveled to India every year. I love these Black Salt Candies! When she could not go because of Covid, I was very disappointed that I would not be able to get these candies as they are not only candy, but medicinal. I am very glad to have found a respectable, honest seller. They are Black Salt, NOT chocolate. Beware other sellers that claim they are Swad and chocolate. They are sweet and hot and wonderful. I will buy again from this Seller. The only disappointment is the cost.
