I’m in love with these Suhana masalas. I’ve ordered it 4 times (the pack of 9 of Chicken Biryani Masala). Also i request seller to please make a bulk package of Mutton Masala, it will help us (consumers) to avoid extra charges of courier and at the same time you (seller) can reap the benefit of economies of scale.

I recently visited Taipei, Taiwan and stayed at Grand Hyatt, a 5 star hotel with an awesome buffet. I had never had butter chicken before so I tried it. I thought it was so good, I asked the chef how to make it. He went back in the kitchen and brought out a box of the Suhana Butter Chicken mix. So I took a picture and looked for it on line and found it. Like most mixes, you have to tinker with it a bit to get it where you like it, but if you make it according to the directions that is a good place to start. Don’t worry about the shipping time from India. It arrived in about a week.

It’s easy to cook with but the flavour was too heavy for my family especially the cinnamon scent. Others who are used to such flavour may like it.
