Fresh, smells and tastes nice. As it is readily available in kitchen shelf, no need to roastor grind several ingredients. Kind of all in spice for dal, sabji.

Okay so this is potent. its not your regular lasoon-onion chutney , this one is strong and I would recommend using it in small quantities with pakodas or as a marinate on your chicken. I think it would make a nice spicy base for any sabzi too!
