Really versatile, can be used for gochuchang curries, tteokbokki and other combinations with soy sauce, cheese, cream etc
Not too spicy, nice blend of hot, sweet and sour flavours that goes well with veg and non veg food both

So very important. This is the only brand of gochujang I found on amazon or anywhere that does not contain added alcohol (atleast the label says so), I therefore trusted this and proceeded to buy. Tried it for the first time today. Cooked Soyabean with it, just to understand the flavour. Didn’t really taste any spice. I’m not really gonna give a full review now. I’ll probably make some fried chicken and make the sauce out of this and then write the review again.
Update: Used it 3 times now. With noodles, fried rice and Fried chicken. First of all not spicy at all, second it was like okay with rice and noodles, again no spice at all, but with fried chicken I could only taste the sourness which is probably because it is fermented. That’s all I could taste, and it wasn’t very pleasing. I’ve never had authentic Gochujang but I honestly feel it wouldn’t be this way. Changing my number of stars to 2.

It was sweet, very little chilli…if you’re using this make sure you dont mix sugar, use 2x the amount

I am not sure if it is suppose to smell like that or does it actually smell and taste pungent. Very bad.

It taste’s really nice. Not spicy for me but got that sweet sour flavours. Came in sturdy packaging.

It actually is genuine one
But
They have sent me a product manufacturerd in Feb 2021
And it’s gonna be expired in Feb 2023 which is so wrong 😒
