Total waste makes your feel asleep for about 12 hours and even after that you will feel dizzy and tired all the day

Well, 5 mg is quite strong for me, I use to think I would sleep timely because of it, but it actually makes me more drowsy that I don’t wake up on time, I’m sure if wouldnt be able to be awake without my coffee right out of the bed. And I have to have at least 2 black coffee just to wash the melatonin away.
and also affects the next night’s sleep, as it will take you longer to sleep.

The capsules are just plain ones with two small tablets inside. That means there is no effort put into formulation at all. Unfortunately the SILICA GEL pouch in my box was broken and I had to manually dust all the capsules to remove the gel powder.
Overall, poor product design and handling. Expected better

It needs absolute darkness to induce sleep, which is a good thing.but next day you may feel difficulty in waking up, feels drowsy and drop in memmory

It makes you fall asleep within 30 mins if you don’t resist really very hard though for some insomniacs you might need 10mg. With no side effects like sleeping pills and restores natural sleep cycle and you wake up feeling refreshed
