I ordered Khapli wheat floor 3 Nos of 1 kg packs. First pack was giving good dough for Roti’s. The second pack when opened made as dough , was not binding and can’t make chapathis. Even tried adding normal atta . It is not working.

The tag line says “set of 3- 3kilos”. I expected 9 kilos in total. $30/kilo is outrageous when original price is Rs. 200/$2.5/ kilo.

Khapli / long emmer wheat is really hard to find these just like other Bharatiya desi varieties of rice and wheat . Glad this team is making it’s flour . Hope they continue the good work and maybe reduce the overall price with more bulk manufacturing in the future.
