This food colour from sprig is really really good. I have read some negative reviews and I was honestly sceptical a bit. But the product exceeded the worth I paid. The gel is amazing. I made meringue cookies with them and you can see how the stripes turned out to be! It has no after taste and the colour turns out to be pretty bright.

Quantity is very less compared to price. Colour is ok and good. However, not extraordinary. Same effect can be done by Kashmiri Lal mirch powder as well.
