This A2 ghee is very pure and authentic, just like what we used to eat in our village when we used to keep cattle . I can assure you that this ghee is bery good and feels so light. This is not the ghee which is made from the cream of milk(that is 100% fat only) . But this ghee has lighter density and medicinal properties.
